Rates (US)

        $850 weekly Memorial Day thru Labor Day Friday to Thursday

        $350 weekends Friday to Sunday upon availability

        $125 cleaning and damage deposit

        $100 nonrefundable reservation deposit with balance due 2 weeks prior

        No large parties,  loud noise, tents, RV's or trailers

        Smoking outside only; butts in can, no littering

        Some pets OK, extra charge
